WE LOVE FILM !
We are a warm and welcoming society which celebrates cinema. We will screen 9 films for the 2025 season on weekday evenings at Trinity Theatre, The Grove, Cowes, PO31 7QR. All screenings start at 7:30 and the doors are open from 7:00.
Welcome to the 2025 Film Season
We have completed the film selection process and you can find the screening dates and films on our home page.
The Cowes Film Club is an independent, not-for-profit, organisation for all film enthusiasts in the community. We aim to show a varied programme of films which reflect the tastes and interests of our members.
Films will be screened at Trinity Theatre, on the dates specified starting at 7.30pm.
We programme two seasons a year. Season 1 (February - June) and Season 2 (September - December)
We will arrange other social events and talks in the future.
Non-members are welcome and can book online in advance. Payment at the door is offered, but we cannot guarantee entry if the show has sold out.

Trinity Theatre is a beautiful old building located off Bath Road in Cowes.
It is about 4 minutes walk from the West Cowes terminal of Red Funnel and 5 minutes walk from the bus station in Terminus Road outside the M&S food hall.
Car parking is available on Cowes Parade. There are other pay and display car parks in the town, none of which is more than a few minutes walk from the theatre.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Membership 2025
Membership costs £38.00 per year and includes all 9 films of 2025.
Membership includes benefits, such as, discounted entry to films (effectively,
half price), advance booking ahead of general release, invitation to future social events and talks. Members will also proactively be supporting the Cowes community and Trinity Theatre through their membership fee.
We do request that you book a ticket to see the film of your choice. You do that by going to our Home page on the site, click on the film of your choice, login (if you are not already logged in) and select one ticket; click Add to Cart You will automatically receive a notification which we will ask to see on the night.
Membership is non-transferable. Members can purchase additional tickets for friends and family. Just select the required number under Non Members and add to your basket to pay at checkout.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER?
No. You can still come and see any of the films! You will need to create an account to book and pay for your tickets in advance. Tickets cost £9 if you book online in advance, £10 if you pay at the door. You can book up to 12 tickets per film subject to seat availability.
WHAT TIME DOES THE FILM START?
For evening screenings doors open at 7.00pm and screening starts at 7.30pm.
For afternoon screenings doors open at 2.00pm and screening starts at 2.30pm.
IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?
HOW ARE THE FILMS SELECTED?
Yes, there is wheelchair access at Trinity Theatre.
The films are chosen by a Programming Committee. The Programming Committee will also share a survey at the end of each season so Members can provide feedback.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Members must be 18 or over on payment of membership.
Non-members may be admitted to films shown as allowed by the film classification.
